Rifugio Viola is located on "Sentiero Italia CAI". This is a particular trail which cross Italy from North to South, islands included, and it’s the Italy’s longest path. The stop at Rifugio Viola let you follow this walk and let you reach Rifugio Malghera (located in Val Grosina) and Livigno (through Vallaccia Pass).
